I got a suggestion that sounded good for hitting my highest intensity during weight training. Basically, rather than stick to the reps of 12,10,8,6,12,12, do 12,10,8,6,(as much as you possibly can), 12 The difference is on that last set with your main exercise, you burn it out until you can't...
