Hello, So I've decided to do this, read the book, watched the movie etc. The eating part is under control my only problem is when to go to the gym. I work as a flight attendant so my hours are pretty random. I know if I don't go to the gym in the morning I should wait 3 hours after eating...

I'm so very confused on one thing that i think is preventing my training. I heard that everyone has a calorie intake. To gain muscle I need to get about 500 calories ABOVE that. This makes me extremely skeptical. How will this not make me fat? Granted I do train about 4 days a week and do cardio...
