Starting Week 10

Week 7 but things are not going well.....

After two weeks of "active " rest I am starting my second challenge today. I gained 4 pounds by doing nothing and being lazy for a couple weeks and now it is back to the drawing board. New challenge and new goals. I am going to take my before picture tonight. I am going to miss the guest book...

Has anyone experienced itchy skin from the supplements? If so what did you do if anything the relieve this? Thanks Sergio, One more thing when doing the challenge did everyone follow the work out routine exactly as on in the book?
