ROUGH week

  • OK so this is terrible.... I have had a busy week... opened 2 businesses on Friday and not just opened but set up also.. Plus 3 baseball games for kids.. plus the usual house and kids homework.. I have 5.. my hubby travels and is not here all week usually just on saturday and sunday..my 1 bathroom sprung a leak and my kitchen faucet fell off.. yes it fell off even the dog got loose and came in with 1/2 the leash stil on his collar..it broke...My 4th week ended on Fri. good #s for the most part... I have lost some inches and 6 lbs. so far.. I see a bit of a change in clothes however I am getting my teeth done in the morning... not being put out but will have to be numb for 5 hours.. omg.. hate dentists haha I have eaten 1 time a day maybe 2 and not so good of things.. I feel like I have taken a cheat week not a day and I know Ill jump back on Tues. or Wed. after mouth heals.. but I feel pretty bad..... I know I will still do fine.. I hope but I definitely failed to plan...... In my defense though I put in from 8 am till 1 am each day this week... constant running..... hmmph... well saying it outloud well sorta outloud helped... thanks... Im sure it will be fine.. did anyone else have a week that went weird but still did ok? worried about stalling progress..... Thanks!!! BIG HUGS!!!!!!!

  • Forgot to mention the icing on the cake haha.. i had to plan and set up and host a baby shower today.....haha I hope next week is better.... I am definitely planning better. That sure is true.. if you fail to plan you plan to fail... Im so organized with everything else.. any inout for constant running????

  • Sounds like you recognize the stress in your life and how that has affected your planning.  With all that running around getting your meals in will be so important.

    Now a bit of unsolicited advice.  Look for ways to reduce some of the activities you commit to so that you can focus on yourself a bit.  Saying "no" to others is sometimes best in the long run.

  • Thankyou for the advice!!!! I do need to do that way more than what I do... The only thing this week that wasnt mine was the baby shower....and i could have used that time to plan my week... thankyou!!!!!so much!!!!

  • wow what a week! I can only imagine what a week like that would have done to me BEFORE I started BFL! I would have been SHATTERED! It's clear that you are in a good headspace and can recognize the things that are obstacles for you, and things that you could have done better. Well done!
