I ended my first challenge at the end of March. I planned to take off April (still doing the weight workout, just took out the cardio part and I'm still kinda sorta doing the eating, although cheating a little more). So, May 1 was the plan, I'm a little late, but look forward to starting again on Monday. Fortunately, my GF just started PX90, or whatever it's called, so now we both motivate eachother.
C2 is going to be very different because there's not much to lose or firm up. So, I'm cuious how it will result. But, with summer coming and the weather getting nice, I want to look awesome on the beach ;). So, here we go!
Jerry - Great Job. Out of curiosity, did you gain any weight after you took out the cardio part when C1 was complete? I am just curious what I should expect after my challenge is over.
I'm sure everyone will have a slighlty different experience. But, I didn't experience any weight gain. I still mostly follow the exercises and diet. So, that helps. I had similar concerns but found that maintenence is easy. I'm doing C2 to take myself a notch further.
I do go for a jog on the weekends or whatever, but that's optional. I was pretty healthy and in good shape before I started BFL, so it wasn't as dramatic for me as it can be for others.
