Hi everyone. Just returned from the gym and had a great UB workout. It's hard to believe that week 10 is almost done....only 2 weeks left. The workouts and eating has been very good and I'm finding my cravings for junk food aren't as strong as they used to be....although I still so look forward to my free days when I can relax my diet and enjoy a few treats.
