Good afternoon bfler's. It's a beautiful day here in Tecumseh Ontario! Played 18 holes of golf this morning and just got back from a 4 mile cardio workout. My normal cardio is the 20 minute HIIT on my treadmill but today I changed it up. I went outside and did a brisk walk for 2 miles (about 4 mph.) then on the last 2 miles I did a sprint/walk....sprint/walk. I was really huffing and puffing when I was done. Eating has been good and hopefully more changes will be noticable in the days ahead. Have a great night everyone!!
