Accentuate the Positive!

  • Good Morning everyone,

I know I have been a negative nelly the past two weeks but today I decided to accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative... as the song goes. :) This morning my boss came in and said "you used to have this little round face, now you have this beautiful long face... your body shaped has totally transformed". It was really nice of her to say that and even if I have not lost any sizes it is still really nice to know that she can see a difference in me.

Also, I am really happy that I am almost finished with my challenge (next Saturday my 25th bday is my last day) and I am proud to have stuck with it.

On a different note this morning I did my HIIT on the elyptical ( I usually always do it running on the treadmill) and it was so different. I liked it because you were still really pushing hard because of the resistance but I wasn't so afraid that i would fall on my face from sprinting so fast like on the treadmill haha.

Happy hump day every one and Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

  • Wow!! it sounds like your doing great!!!!! I think that positive thoughts and energy creates a positive outcome.... Thats cool your liking being positive!! We are most critical of ourselves and if others are noticing.. give yourself a high five you did it!!!

  • Whoa! I just have to say, that each time I logged in today, there was at least one more negative thread on here and quite frankly it made me depressed.

This thread is one of a few that should be staying at the top each day and filled with happy thoughts, progress and focus on the good - not all those silly (yes, sorry - silly-you-know-the-answer-questions). If I didnt know the program better, I certainly wouldnt want to jump into this pool of threads where it appears that no-one knows what they are doing!

For anyone wanting to get results - do your homework, read the book and own your challenge. Be proactive with your results.

Sorry to offend anyone wanting to get that pat on the back and sympathy for being too tired, too busy or not near a gym. If you want to change, you will. We all get 24 hours in our day and have choices to make US a priority.

    Yes we do.

  • Legs C3, in the HOUSE!!!

    Does "Dancerhasbn" mean "dancer has-been"?

If so, since were all on a positive theme, why not call yourself "Dancer is back!", or something indicating your upward and onward to a better place, or, better life?

There are no has-beens in this forum, only those who are yet becoming, and realizing their full potential.

"What you put in, is what you are going to get back."
