Over night!

  • Yesterday morning I woke up and weighed myself (curiosity) and was 3 pounds lighter!  I have been avoiding the scale because I was getting frustrated with the results on it.  I also was able to zip up my skinny-me jeans!  Hopefully pictures later on today!  

    This is proof that if you just stick with it and follow the program (I had to make lots of changes to my routine so that it was BFL approved, lol) you will see amazing results!  My husband was inspired and is toying with the idea of trying it too.  :)
