Hello, I just finished my 7th week and feel great!!! I started off weighing around 268-270 now I'm at 250 ,but I just weighed myself at the end of the 7th week and I didn't lose any weight the last week.I worked out and ate the right way without any cheating at all (except a little on my off day Sunday) So I kinda feel a little pissed off and disappointed................but I gotta keep trying I guess
I've been doing this for four years, and found that the big picture message is ...the only way you can fail is if you give up. A week without weight loss is not unusual for the human body. It is better to take off the excess fat 6 - 7 lbs per month. Also, there is a possibility that the fat you lost was replaced by muscle gain.
Once I discovered the joys of weight training, all other passions were transcended.
