Jerry, you look phenomenal and what an inspiration! You have come along way and will motivate soooo many people. Keep the faith brother! Glad to hear that you are going to focus on some muscle build. I have a few things that seemed to work for me. Still follows BFL food list, but focuses on timing of your two meals post lifting. On lifting slightly higher calorie countand on cardio, slightly lower. II'll send you a message.
