Loss since Day 1 - 3.8 Kgs/8.25 Pounds

Loss is lower than planned.

    Lifting stats improved in biceps and triceps

   Workout hours need to be moved morning, just gives better control on food intake at regular interval

Workout duration is exceeding

Nevertheless this is the 5 straight weight loss week, though in small numbers.
