I am off to do my HIIT- yesterday was a good day, my muscles are sore!!!
One foot in front of the other, just keep moving!
I am off to a water aerobics class today. It doesn't really fit with my BFL plan but I figure it's better than nothing and better than meeting friends for breakfast.
