Good Morning!

Day 2 wow!  It looks like we have a great group.  I think we should start a new daily thread- anyone can do it the first one online.

So today I have already completed my HIIT, had some water and the first meal 3egg whites and cantaloupe)  is complete.  I woke late so I will need to space my meals at about 2 1/2 hours to get them all in.

I am taking the boys to a play place, so I will break the habit of munching on popcorn and candy- by taking an authorized meal.  Wish me luck.

Who else has a challenge today?  And how WILL you overcome it??
