I have a question. I am in week 9 and I have noticed in the last 4-5 days I have noticed my stomach is bloated. It used to do this when I was eating unhealthy and at the beginning of the program. But it went away and now it's back again.
Has anyone else experienced this?
There are a few things I have changed in the last week;
I added cottage cheese to my meal plan and removed greek yogurt for last snack before bed.
I added steel cut oats with cinnamon and 1/2 scoop whey protein and removed turkey bacon for breakfast2
I added 2 more egg whites to my breakfast for a total of 3 whites and 1 whole egg.
I started taking a water pill and stopped taking HMB.
Would any of these cause this?

I'm not sure. I bloat all the time as well and I'm on week 4. I know for me, anytime I have any kind of dairy I bloat. It could also be the increase in protein and the extra fiber. I'm just guessing here.
