My half way there update

  • Well, I've made it halfway though my first challenge. It's been a great experience and can feel myself getting stronger and my cardio improving significantly. Have lost 15 pounds so far. Starting weight 228, currently at 213. Not going to post pics as am extremely self consious. Maybe after the full 12 weeks. Recently purchased the Eating-for-Life companion to the program and am excited to try some of the recipes in the weeks to come.
