before upper body? Although I see changes in my legs and thighs, I don't see any in my stomach (which is a problem area). Thanks
Hi, I am in week 5 of my challenge. And, I also notice a difference in my hip area. And, I can feel the strength increases in my lower body.
For me my upper body is usually the last place I see a "significant" change.
And, from reading the forums the stomach is definitely the last place you will see a large improvement. Keep pushing at it - because the fat comes off in layers...and we can't pick exactly where it comes off first
