I am thinking of trying the Body for Life exercise routine while I'm doing Weight Watchers. I know I may not see the exact same transformation as everyone else because I am not eating the exact food, but does anyone think I will get good results? I am looking to lose around 25-30 pounds in total.
i actually do both..and have been for 6 weeks..I dont go to the actual meetings but i follow the weight watchers program (i try and keep it at 26 points a day..which isnt hard to do if you like egg whites LOL) it can be done and you will see results just count your points and stick to the protein requirements...good luck on your journey :)
I am a WW lifetime member (hold the cheers...all it did was teach me to eat less and less and less as I got skinny, only to gain back the weight and more as I had zero muscle to maintain life). Also TOPS winner - tierra, purple winner - sash and all, an aerobic queen and walking fanatic. Cleansing tryout, cabbage soup nut and starvation freak.
It wasnt until BFL that things actually worked. It is by far.....FAR!.....the best combination of food and training. A great place to lay a foundation that will take you to the best you can be both physically, and more importantly (because the body will follow whatever our minds decide...) mental.
Just sayin...
IGreetings, If you do both, I would still be aware that some of the frozen Weight Watchers entrees in the case are exceptionally high in salt/sodium and that might sabotage your good work in BFL. Eat the fresh options and I am sure you will be ok.
