Good evening bfler's. Just got back from a real good UB workout.....hit all me 10's. Eating has been good today. Today I bought some Casein protein powder. This is a slow releasing protein that is designed to be taken just before bed as it will slowly digest while you sleep. Cottage cheese contains this type of protein but I get tired of eating cot. cheese every night so this supplement is a nice change. I've settled into a good schedule with my eating and workouts it's becoming very routine. I still write everything out the night before but as my day goes on I hardly have to think about when and what to eat.....I like that. Have a great night everyone!!!
