On week 5 of C2 and not going as well as i was hoping but all my own fault. The nutrition sid is letting me down but i am hitting the gym hard. I keep blaiming my 5 weeks away offshore because of the bad food there but I will ajust my attitude and get back on track for the rest of my 12 weeks.
To every one on the challenge good luck and keep going when things get hard, as i know how you feel.
