Despite not hitting some of the goals I had set for myself, here is the
Weight Loss - 33 lbs
Inches Lost on Waist (around naval) - 8.5 inches
Max Bench Press - Up from 175lbs to 240lbs
Blood Pressure Med's cut in half by Doctor last week (should be off completely in a month).
Very well done. Looking great is always nice, but getting off the meds is the real deal!! Best wishes for continued success on your fitness jouney.

Excellent results so far, easy to see you are putting the time in with diet and exercise. I know you have to feel alot better physically as well.

Way to GO TEX, You did finish with great results!!! I knew that you could do it!!!! The increase in your benching ability is wow too!! Now if I could only get up to that level eventually (I am lucky to bench my weight once I bet, not even close to that just yet though). You can really see the difference in your waist area and in your face as well. I bet you are sure proud you decided to stick it out after all those temptations you endured along the way. I'll try to post my results as soon as I finish this week and take the photos and transfer them to disk(prior photos on that one). Best wishes always!!!

You have made some really good progress! I'm just starting, and really hope to be able to start lowering my blood pressure and diabetes meds, soon, too. Keep trying, and keep posting your progress, it helps the rest of us keep going! : )

Great achievement on that Bench Press too!! I'm still struggling to get above the 150 mark at the end of a BFL round UBWO!!! I'll keep trying though Thanks to you and your encouraging story, BOOOYEH!

You might not have reached the intended goals that you had set for yourself, but I would say that a loss of 33 lbs is AMAZING!! You look amazing and you are an inspiration to me, because I have set my goal to lost 35lbs during my 12-weeks, so thank you for sticking with it and showing me that it can be done. If you can, so can I. You're awesome!
