End of challenge results:
26 lbs fat lost, 13 lbs muscle gained for net loss of 13 lbs.
Lost 33.75 inches total and 3 sizes.
Went from 12.5 minute mile to 9.2 minute mile.
Lost 3 clothing sizes.
lowered cholesterol and am now off of diabetes meds.

Great work , what an improvement over the before photo. Your hard work shows and your dedication. Way to GO!!!! I bet you have a lot more energy than before as well and folks around you are impressed as well and probably asking your about BFL. Be sure to fill them in too!!

I agree this is always a great thing, and for me, hearing the Dr. tell me I didnt need blood pressure meds and wouldnt have to worry about diabetes was almost as good as all the other positives!
