Hello bfler's. Hope you are all doing well today. In a few hours I will be headed for gym to do my UB workout. I love UB day. I'm thinking when I'm done this challenge I'm going to split my UB into 2 workouts. Chest, shoulders and triceps one day and back and biceps the next day....just for a change. My daughter is training for a Fit & Figure show and that's the routine her trainer has her on. Either way....the eating and diet is 80% of the program. For lunch today I'm having a chicken *** and rice&veggies. Have a great day everyone....will check in again tomorrow.
