Just started W10, D1. Now from what I have read, this is the time everything will really start to transform. This is my third challenge in 10 years, i have fought as hard if not harder and ate no differently to prior challenges except better, in fact 3rd time around i am far more knowledgable and have put that into practice. So, i havent seen much really, gone from 80kg to 75.3kg, yup progress but nothing like prior challenges and nobody has mentioned i look any diff. I guess this will determine if/how much of my PCOS has had a negative impact on my weight loss, so incredibly frustrating! I'm not using it as a possible excuse to such minimal changes, like i said i know BFL inside out, i know portions, how to excersize etc... but this time has been very very different.
I can only get through the next three weeks hard, take my 2 week break and see how i go aye : )
I think everyone's different. For my first challenge, I didn't see changes until Week 12, practically the last day! Ever since then, very slow changes.
are you by chance more fit now than when you did your past challenges?? The closer you are to your goal, the harder it is to shed that last fat.
