Down 5.8 lbs and 1.9% body fat (from 143-137.2 and 35-33.1) so I'm pleased at the weight loss, but not so much with the BF. More cardio maybe??? Any suggestions???
It's week four. Let BFL work for you by working it. You don't need more cardio, just some patience. Are you using the scale to tell you your body fat %? Uncle Mike used to say that was as good as a magic 8 ball. You're doing great so keep doing what you've been doing.
I like to draw a picture of someone building a fat-burning plant, it will take 10-12 weeks to build it. Once it starts working, the fat will melt off. Give it time. BFL doesn't look it, but it is actually a very precise program. Wait, and be patient. Some people see serious results as late as week 12. Adding or omitting anything will only hinder your progress.
