To begin, I want to thank you all for the great support and for being so friendly (and patient) answering all million of my questions I have haha. As for good news - I started this challenge this past Monday (6 days ago). On Sunday night I weighed myself to see what weight I was starting the challenge at and I weighed 176.8 pounds. Fast forward to tonight, Saturday night 6 days later, and I lost already 4.8 pounds! What a great encouragement to keep going strong to finish up the next 11 weeks (and to continue it after that as well...) Tomorrow is my free day so it will be enjoyable to have a day off from cardio/lifting and also being able to snack on some foods that I have been craving haha.
