Cardio question

  • Ok, I completed two challenges and I'm now at my goal weight.  Right now, i'm kind of into C3.   I really want to drop 2-3% bodyfat and add a few lbs. of muscle.    Not much more, just some tweaking.   However, the HIIT cardio is absolutely killing me.......I hate it !!!  Should I back off and do lower intensity cardio workouts to maintain ?  I just don't think that i keep up this cardio pace.....I'm hitting 10's consistently.   I am keeping up with the weight training workouts (love those  (:

     

     

  • If you feel you just cant go on with the cardo, I would find something you enjoy like spinning, zumba, or something like that. I know that spinning is a big calorie burner.
