Yes, of course Jaimee. I count my calories too because I know I'll over eat if I dont.
For breakfast- 1/2 scoop elite XT protein powder w / 1 c lt plain soy milk and 1/4 - 1/2 c of fruit
Mid morning snack - 1/2 c 2% cottage cheese w sugar free syrup. Either 1/4 c oatmeal, 1/2 c fiber one cereal, or 1/2 sweet potato.
Lunch - 4 oz chicken, 1/4 c fat free refried beans or black beans and a bunch of veggies - raw peppers, cooked carrots, cucumbers.
Mid after noon snack- 6 oz fat free chobani greek yogurt (sweetened with splenda) and an organic apple.
Dinner - pretty much the same as lunch except sometimes I do a spinach salad. I do use some croutons and bacon bits :-)
Sometimes I eat a sugar free jello pudding and fiber one cereal with 1 tbsp naturally more peanutbutter (it has flax seed oil in it - soo good).
That-s it! I also drink coffee and green tea throughout the day. I try to keep it at 1200-1400 calories due to my low activity. Usually that is plenty of food for me.
Thanks again for the compliments and good luck to you!!!
Did you do any kind of ab workout?? Your abs look great!
Live TODAY like there's no TOMORROW!
I LOVE the fact that you were able to achieve that with diet alone. It just goes to show that diet truly is the largest part of the puzzle, and shows everyone that diet combined with exercise will definately give them a body to be proud of. You look fantastic. WTG!

Thank you :-)
@ Doin it - No, unfortunately my shoulder hurts when I put my arm above my head so I didn't do crunches. Believe it or not that's just what I had underneath, I just needed to eat clean to uncover it!
so, you just ate the BFL way as suggested in the book?
THank you for the breakdown! I will try the greek yogurt and soy milk. I am incorporating some of your diet into my NEW and IMPROVED diet. I exercised like crazy for the 12 weeks and lost 11 lbs and ate better but obviously it is my diet that is killing my transformation.
THank you so much for the tips!
@ Doin it - I posted a typical daily diet above so you can be the judge. I did give myself some flexibility because I really wanted this to be something that I can maintain. So I do allow myself things like croutons or bacon bits, on a daily basis, even though they're not BfL approved. I modified the diet to fit my life- which is key to success (that and lots of positive reinforcement and thinking). It was enough modification to give me the results that I wanted and not feel like I am depriving myself.
that is just amazing to me, how the diet is so effective! I have "tried" eating the BFL way, but I did fudge some too, (glass of red wine here & there mainly), and worked out like crazy, and don't have those results. It just goes to show you, that everyone is different, and everyone's body type is made so differently! I think your transformation is GREAT!!
@ DOin it - I looked at your pics and you definitely made progress. Some people take more than one 12 week challenge to see the results they want. You can do it!!!!! I don't think that counting calories hurts. It really helps me to stay on track. Eating carbs and protein at each meal is key to controlling cravings.
I tried keeping a protein log on my phone, making sure I matched up my body weight to grams in protein, but I didn't count calories. I'm learning more & more about the little stuff that can really make BIG results!
Great job! Proud of you! Amazing results!
Wow!!! I am so impressed and inspired Kristiana :-) And you seriously didn't work out? Did you take any supplements? I am amazed.....you look FABULOUS!!!!!
Thanks for the inspiration! I'm recovering from back surgery and I needed the reminder of the power of diet!
dang, you are a HOTTIE! congrats.
