Good evening bfler's. Hope you all have had a wonderful day. Just got back from a very good UB workout (my favourite). I tolerate cardio and cringe every time I do legs but UB is wonderful. Golfed 18 holes this morning (yes it was chilly) but still had a lot of fun. I normally bring a protein shake with me and usually a protein bar as well on the golf course. I'm very conscious of my meal times and no matter where I'm at or what I'm doing I try to stay on schedule. That's about all for now. Have a great night everyone.....will check in again tomorrow!
