Did you take your measurements at the beginning or check your bodyfat? I hope so because you can't really rely on just scale weight to measure your success on this program.
Also, take pictures every 4 weeks.... you may not feel like you've changed, but I bet you can see it (for me, especially in the back pictures).
Hit your 10's, watch your portions, drink all your water and get plenty of sleep. If you're doing all that, you WILL be successful.

I did take my measurements, but not my bodyfat %. I haven't taken any pics., but I may tonight, just to see where I'm @ these next 6 weeks. Thanks!

I do have a question tho. I'm supposed to be consuming no more than 1200 cals a day, but if I have 2 protein drinks a day, (I have 1 1st thing in the morning, then 1 post workout), then I consume 1/2 of my calories for the day right there.......should I cut back to just 1 a day?? I'm trying really hard to meet my goal of 123 grams of protein a day, but sometimes that just throws the calories all out of whack!
What shakes are you using and what are you putting in them? I typically use the RTD Myoplex Lite at 170 calories or if I make one from powder it still comes up around 200 or under depending on what I add to it. With all that being said- I typically don't count my caloric intake due to the intensity of this program. I would say my intake is different each day ranging from 1200- 1500! I still had great fat loss results in my first challenge! I will be watching this post to see what others say as well. I usually do two shakes a day too.
I'm on week 2 of C2 and stuck at the same weight for 5 weeks! major plateu, now that's what I call anxiety lol
I drink Whey Protein.......2 scoops equals 186 cals, and I mix it w/1% milk, which is 110 cals, so I was thinking yesterday, maybe I shouldn't have 2 a day! I've been told a couple of things....."based on my weight, eat 123 grams of protein a day & eat around 1200 cals", which I find very hard to do! I'm like, "can I just focus on one.........protein"?? ha!!!
