I'm a pretty "habitual" eater. Once I find something that works I'll incorporate it for a good while. Here is an example of my day:
Meal 1 2 scoops protein powder, water, 1/4 cup raw oats blended.
Meal 2 6 egg whites scrambled. 1/2 cup oats cooked.
Meal 3 6 oz tuna, 1 cup raw veggies, 1 4 oz red potato boiled, eaten cold
Meal 4 Depends on whether I have a meeting, if so RTD.
Meal 5 1 egg, 5 whites scrambled with spinach and 1 slice LF Swiss
Meal 6 2 scoops protein, water, 1/2 cup berries OR LF cottage cheese and berries
I will rotate the dinner meal based on what I prepare for my family, but the eggs & spinach are my go to since I sometimes eat much healthier than they do.

Workout has been delayed until this evening. My son needs guidance on form with squats so I will do my lower body workout tonight with him. Yay!! He's "getting it".

Meal 4 6 oz chicken, 1 red potato, 1 cup raw broccoli
Meal 5 6 oz chicken, 1 red potato, asparagus
Meal 6 2 scoops protein, 1/2 cup blueberries
SLEEP!!
