After, 103.6 lbs 10% bodyfat (measured by hydrostatic body composition analysis):

I agree w/fit4life....the only other abs I've seen on women who came close to yours were fitness competitors!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are amazing!!! :)
For abs, I just alternated every few weeks between a exercise (swiss) ball and a decline bench while holding light medicine balls. at first 4 - 10 lbs then up-ed it to 6 to 12 lbs.
