Challenge 1 Complete

  • Thanks for all the congrats!!! I have loved BFL and look forward to getting back to it fully. I've been eating often and small meals but not always the lowest fat or complexest carbs... I'm trying to train up for a half marathon next month so I probably won't get back to the full program until that is done. I know I may lose some of my muscle mass so I look forward to rebuilding it in my next challenge. Hopefully my husband will read the book and join me. Again, thanks everybody!

    The only real obstacles in life are those you place in front of yourself. There is always an alternative or another way around, even if that alternative is just looking at the obstacles in a positive light!
