Challenge 1 Before - Challenge 1 After - Challenge 2 After
Body Fat Percent: 17.8%
Fat: 31.7 lbs
Body Fat Percent:17.2%
0.9 lbs fat lost and 1.7 lbs of muscle gained.
I guess this is more of maintenance challenge compared to my first challenge.
I had 18 days of 84 missed so I guess thats 78.6% of workouts completed. My goal my completion not perfection.
Week 1 - Week 12
Now some photos using my skills I learned in photography class.
Beginning of Challenge 1 182 lbs (12-16-09) to End of Challenge 2 179lbs (10-1-10)
Three pounds difference. The scale is not the way to track progress.
March 2007 to October 2010

In 12 weeks I grew stronger, faster, and learned how to make this a lifestyle and not just a challenge.
GREAT progress!! Keep it up!
Thanks B Mick! I plan to keep pushing on. Always room for improvement and new goals to be set.
Great work Bryan!!! How did you get so many pics into your post? I can't get more than two.
I posted them on flickr.com then used the "FROM URL" to post them.
Here is One Year Before/After
10-1-2009 (185 lbs 19.1%) End of Family Biggest Loser Contest 10-1-2010 (179 lbs 17.2%) End of BFL C2
Bryan: That last picture says it all. You have come such a long way! I have read some of your posts, and you have no reason to feel discouraged at all. Many people start this challenge at different places in their lives/health. You have done incredibly well, and should celebrate your successes. Good luck with your next venture. I know you will really start to add some bulk!

Thanks BDMom. I am debating sending in my entry kit. I missed the deadline after my last challenge. I was never doing this to compete but it would be nice to have a completion certificate. I like bulking up but eventually want to get lean and defined.
SEND IN YOUR KIT; YOU DESERVE THE CERTIFICATE. I am sending in my kit, because it is the final step in this process. It shows the completion of 12-weeks of hard work & dedication!
Thanks for the photo advice Bryan.
Hey Bryan, great job. I admire the sticktoitness. Also love the charts, wondering if they can be had on computer. I have the journal, but would love just to log on and do everything here. Any ideas. You did a great job, will post my "old Man" pics after this challenge. Best wishes>>>>"POPS"
I can send you a blank version of the MS Excel spreadsheet I used to make the chart and graphs. Also there is a website bodyspace.bodybuilding.com where you can enter Weight. height. Body fat percent, and your measurements and it will create graphs for you. Here is my Bodyspace page bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/bclevi
This is an example of the graphs on that website.
I am looking forward to C3 on 1-17-2011!
Great job Bryan! I feel sorta like this challenge has been a 'foundation' challenge for me. I've been learning, growing and gaining SOOO many tools in order to blow the next challenge out the door...not that results haven't been there this challenge, but I KNOW WAY more now then when I started!
You have really come a long ways from March 07 : )
All the best!
