I recently finished the Body for Life Challenge. Before the challenge I had really let myself go like most people tend to do. I didn't want to let myself go anymore. The first few weeks were the hardest just getting used to everything. After that though it gets easier and the weeks fly by. Before you know it you're done. I put everything that I had into it and tried my hardest with every workout. I couldn't afford a gym membership so I did everything from home with some weights and a flat bench. I did my cardio runs with my two huskies and my daughter in her jogging stroller. Hard, but I got through it. I just want everyone to know that this challenge really does work if you stick to it and I'm proof of that. -And with a little self motivation you don't need a gym membership to do it. You just have to stay focused on what you really want out of it. Of course it takes a little hard work to get what you want and determination. Do that and you will succeed at having that body that you've always dreamed of. I am going to post my before and after pics below. If anyone has any questions just let me know. Thanks.

Thank you to everyone for all of the kind responses. To answer the one question above I was in a size 8/10 pants before starting the challenge and I finished wearing a loose 3/4. As far as tips.....It will help a lot of people to write out a plan (A "To Do" list) daily of your meals and exercises to help keep you on track with your what your goals are. It helped me a lot. And just remember to stay positive and stay focused. That new body is waiting for you on the other side. All you need to do is work three months to get that body that you've always wanted. It's not a lot to ask. Three months goes by really fast!
