Hey bflers: Just enjoyed a week off of R&R. Did I eat too much....YES. Did I eat things that were sweet and fatty...YES. Did I see the inside of a gym...NO. But it was a great week to reflect and refocus and set some new goals for myself. I was actually really looking forward to getting back on scheduled eating and heading back into the gym. Taking a week off every now and then is good for us and I know the break helped me. I want this to be a lifelong lifestyle. My wife and daughter and I have a trip to Cancun Mexico planned for December so that is my "fall motivation" to be in great shape for the beach. Have a great day everyone.
