I don't see much physical differences but I do feel lots stronger and in better shape. I have never missed any workouts but I did have a drink here and there when I was not suppose to.
Great Job!! There is a difference already! Keep going!
In my first challenge I had a few drinks on non-free days as well. It takes time to change old patterns of behaviour. Don't worry. Focus on progress not perfection and set your mind to doing better and sticking to your plan. You are on the right track. Congratulations!
I can see a difference. Remember, we are always our own worst critics. Orrin is right, it takes a while to form new habits and break the bonds of the old ones.
Keep going and focus on the things you do right! Trust me, you will be amazed by the changes you notice, not just physically, but mentally as well!
I see a big difference, especially in your back you are getting more of a v taper. Great Work
There definitely is a difference! good work. keep going.
I see a difference! I bet your clothes fit differently.
definitely a change. And remember, it's only the start. Keep at it, and you will be very pleased, I'm sure.
thanks everyone for the vote of confidence. now I just cant wait for the 8 week pics.
quick question, has anyone experienced headache when lifting heavy with legs... please advise...
The love handle area looks slimmer and firmer and your back has a better shape. You are only 33% done and have great things in store for you if you keep up the good work. I too have a drink on non-free days. I would get better results without it but progress not perfection and improvement comes in time.

Pal _ I have to agree with everyone here, progress not perfection. I see a difference. Your back has more of a V taper and there is a difference in the tone of your chest. Keep up the great work!Tthis is why taking before pictures and 4wk and 8 wk pics are so great...we can really see where we started from and how our bodies are changing. And Pal, one of the most important things of all is how you feel. You feel stronger. Looking forward to seeing your 8 week progress.

I'm right here with You. 4 weeks today/ I don't know when i can take pics but ,man I have enjoyed a lot of improvement, mostly in how i feel. I been doing the lifting and the cardio. Drinking protein shakes between meals and taking the CLA with my meals. Now instead of dreading my workouts I am looking forward to them. That makes a world of difference. I have lost a good deal of fat already and am noticing nice muscle definition improvements.
I see some changes. Remember you are at week 4. Big changes, muscle definition, etc. should start to happen from now towards the end. Good job on your accomplishments to date.
Love you some you...PERSEVERE!
