Week 2

  • Excited to be back in gym however, I have discovered, that I have never really worked my lower body the correct way!!!!!! 

    I could "barely walk out of the gym :)  I felt like a "wet" noodle!!  I'm glad to have my wife doing this with me. It sure helps, to have someone to encourage you and you the same to them.   

    For those of you who have just started determine right now, NOT TO QUIT!!!!!!!   As I always tell my teenage sons, your never really competing against others but rather, against yourself.
