Today was day 1 and it was great. I had an awesome workout this morning(hitting my 10’s) and all my eating was spot on. I did an aerobic today just because I was so excited. I am looking forward to marking an X through this day.
Just finished day 2....another great workout. My upper body sore from yeaterday. Now I am waiting am hour to eat.
Day 3 Done...Legs. I was worried about doing this on my total gym. Well I LOVED it. One of the attachments for this machine works about 4 muscles at one time. It was a great feeling. I was down a pound this morning.
Day 4 Done....went farther today in the 20 min :) really pushed it. I moved my vision board in front of my eliptical this morning. Wow my butt and legs a soooo sore for lbwo yeaterday :) Lovin it all.

Day 5 was good. Really taking my time and thinking about the muscle I am working. I was down another pound. 2 total :) I am eating really clean and looking forward to pushing it tomorrow for completing week 1. Tonight is bunco so it will be my first test out.
Can you share some of your meal plans? Also, how to track cardio if you aren't on a machine? I start tomorrow and started working out this week to get myself geared up. I'm doing my food plan for the week and want to make sure it is on. Great job you are doing.
w2d2 workout done. It was a bit easier this morning. I am doing this on my eliptical so I will up my lower lever up by one and climb every min. from there. This must mean I am getting stronger.
I am on a machine for cardio days. I have an eliptical. I use my total gym for weight training days. As for my meal plans.
Breakfast: 4 egg whites mixed with oatmeal... honey and cinn. to taste
snacks: strawberrys mixed with cottage cheese
lunch: Turkey sandwich with a small salad with fatfree dressing
dinner: baked chicken or fish, sweet botato, baked or steamed veggies (mushroom, onion and squash)
bedtime snack: Keylime pie yogurt
You need to buy lots of eggs, salad, chicken and fish. Your fav. veggies, olive oil and good seasonions.

w2d3 yeah me...down 2 pounds this morning. That is 4 total...makes working out all the better. Ya'll have a great Tueaday and Hitt your 10's all day is exercise and eating and it will show in your life :)
W2D4... Did great on my elliptical. I went 5 laps in 20min and up my resistance on all my peaks. Hit my 10’s and fell on the floor in a puddle of sweat in the end. Down a half pound this morning.
W2D5 lower body this morning done...my 2nd week is almost over. Everything is going well. I am so in the zone on this. I feel I need more. I have my food on target I just need to get my fiber up. I am feeling little bloated yesterday and this morning, so I will fix that today
Week 2 is complete…well the workouts. I still have eat good all day. I worked hard this morning. My scale has not moved in a few days. With me needing to lose 30+ lbs I know it should be moving alittle. I hate that scale…I am loving the way I am feeling all day after my workouts and eating good. I am going to up my cardio and keep my weight training the same. Of course as a woman that wants to lose weight and the scale not moving means WAR. I will keep my same 20 cardio on cardio days but just add other workouts. As far as food is concerned I got my fiber in yesterday and will keep it the same today.
Week 3 has begun....yeah. I am down 5.5 lbs and really working hard to keep on track. The week is so easy to keep my focus. It is Sunday that gets me, I just want to lay around with the family all day. If I don't workout early in the morning before the kids are up it is hard for me to get it done. I love getting it done early...I feel great all day. I am hoping for 3lbs down this week.
Week 3 day 4 cardio...I killed it today on my eliptical. I also have added a new cardio as I have said before. It is a hiit cardio 20min. kick boxing class to hopfully help with the fat burn. I have GOT to make myself stay away from the stupid scale.
