Just finished an intense workout with 2 of my classmates; we worked back and midsection....absolutely intense!! So I've been looking at everyone else's progress and can't help but be amazed!! I've seen people who've dropped at least 14 lbs. by their 6th week, along with high single digit drops in bodyfat percentages. I had originally aimed at 12 lbs. by the sixth week but it appears that I gotta do more! You animals are motivating me to work that much harder to shed the fat and eat the right foods. Thanks you guys,...for setting a high bar.
