One Month In!

  • Well, it has been one month since I start my second BFL challenge. I am now down between 14 and 19 lbs of scale weight and lost 4 inches off of my belly. I have put in some serious effort at the gym. Reading the BFL book, I continually remember one thing that Bill Phillips said, "When you go to the gym, go to the gym." When I am there, it is my time to shine. I have made a point to tell myself that I will be there for only 45 minutes of my 1,440 minute day. I workout then continue you on with my life. I will finish challenge about the time I return to the doctor's office. I would love to weigh myself on there scale. I goes up to 350. I go back to the doctor's office in July. I am on my way!

    all too often i see people at the gym just sitting there watching tv. lol. to each their own i guess.
