So i will take all the suggestions i can get. I want to be able to go to the gym without my "cheaters" I have copies of all the exercises in sheet protectors held together with binder rings and they travel with me to the gym OY :)
How in the world do you get to where you know all of the exercises by name and how to execute them and what muscle group, UB or LB, they target.
Thanks much everyone.

I plan my work out, and reference the book or website showing work out, and get it in mind right before I go to the gym.
I am on last day of week 5, and I am getting them down pretty good.
But, reviewing and planning before and after work outs will sink in eventually.
You'll get it!
"What you put in, is what you are going to get back."
Guess what?! I walked around the gym for a year, maybe over a year with my charts, a clipboard with a pen attached before I could "memorize" what I was supposed to be doing and I didn't care if everyone saw me doing it. I was there for me. The goal isn't to memorize, the goal is to get results so do what you need to do to keep you on track. :-)
I also I planned my exercises for the week every Sunday while referencing the book or websites showing each work out. Stick with your exercises for 3-4 weeks and then change them.
Love you some you...PERSEVERE!
Thanks everyone. I don't mind taking my cheaters with me it would just be nice to feel like i know what i am doing. I do plan my workouts for a week in advance and that is helpful - i am getting to the point where it is a little more comfortable being in the gym and not minding if they are or are not looking at me - that was tough.
I will continue on. Have a great day.
