No one will be able to tell you what your specific experience will be while experimenting with what may or may not work for you.
It is merely a starting point down the path of discovery.
The point really is, the last 5 to 10 pounds are the hardest to get rid of.
It may require some experimenting to discover what will work for you.
Here is a starting point to start from, then adjust it from there until something is effective for you.
Then, let's say, you find something that works for you.
You post it to share with others, and guess what?
It doesn't really work for them.
No two people are going to be able to do the exact same thing.
Body chemistry and compositions, metabolisms - they are all a little different.
So, Fit4life's suggestion may work for him, but, merely serves as a starting point for us.

Well put Terry!
All the personal experimentation, and especially the successful ones are great to post though, as it gives us possibilities or options to try!
If anyone is still out there, I would like to hear what your results were after you finished the challenge and how well you maintained after the challenge. I am in my last 2 weeks right now and till have some pesky pounds to lose. Last week I dropped a couple of pounds, but that is the first drop since I started. I am seeing more defined muscles. I would just like to lose more weight off of my love handles. The belly pooch has been melting away slowly, but it's still there.
I have found what works for me. As others have mentioned.....we are all individuals and some are more carb sensitive than others. I posted some pics of my 51st birthday which was 2 months after my challenge was over and even leaner due to sticking with a clean diet. I've been doing a lot of reading and research on pre and post workout nutrition have found that these 2 meals are very important in our body transformations. Remember that those last 5-7 pounds are the most stubborn to come off.

This is interesting- I am in week 9. This is my first challenge and not knowing what to expect from my body that last few weeks. Thinking of giving this a try on my last meal!
LDPower....Cutting out your starchy/fruity carbs for your last couple meals in favour of fibrous carbs (veggies) will reap great benefits in your fat loss especially if you only have 5-7 pounds of fat left to lose. Let me know how it works.....I know it worked great for me.
