Jessica Mighty Max: even though I dont post on this thread every day (cause some days I just think I have nothing substantial to mention) I think about her every day and feel blessed to know her in the little way I do. She is quiet, but I just know she listens to all that we say and she enjoys reading success in us. I am thankful she started this thread so people like me at least THINK about options to be happy for in our days.
Waking up and seeing Miriam Frances Guns Colts Fan is on my Facebook: there was a time when she thought FB might be too much to keep track of, but now that the GB is gone and the daily interaction, we will be able to better keep track of each other like before. She made my day. She is a VICTOR and a WINNER in my eyes of BFL and life accomplishments - a role model of sorts and I admire her. She is also insanely funny and I love that. :)
DebbieMO: for being my texter buddy, sending me inspirational emails that allow me to think with an open mind and set the stage for a positive day. I look forward to hearing from her throughout my day and thanks to BFL I have a wonderful confidant, supporter, shoulder to lean on, comedian, ROCKSTAR SINGER MOM, and growing friend. She is an honest, open raw woman - I like that.
Liesl and Darcy for keeping in touch daily with me. The back and forth support is incredible. I think I may want to stay in Nashville for weeks and kidnap you all!
Jimmieb: for singing to us every morning and giving me a spandex visual.
Its Friday and I am pretty sure a good day at work. ALSO I can wear jeans. I like that too.
The new people posting regularly on here - MarquiD and JamesK, Armster...to name a few. They have great things to share, are kind, informed and objectionable. More VICTORS.
The ablitlty to smile whenever I want and however big.
Today I'm grateful for:
Last day of the month-Payday!
Legs...she is a Treasure! :)
I Get To be a BFL "Coach" for a friend on Monday!
Music-It keeps me going all day long!

This forum and this thread! :)
I am thankful for:
My wonderful daughter and husband who keep me going and suffer through my BFL meals when they know they don't have to :)
Keeping an old exercise HIIT style wkout video that I swore I threw out but found again in my living room.
The BFL book that found it's way into my house and sat ignored for nearly 5 years until 2 months ago when I blew the 6" of dust off of the cover.
My healthy body.
BFL forum so I can receive help from everyone and know I am NOT suffering alone!
Last night my youngest son played his final solo on the high school concert stage and I was there to see it with tears in my eyes.
BFL is not too hard to do for life.
A good job.
Sleeping in and waking up with happy texts from my special friends
A day to do as I please
A fantastic cardio and ab workout
Not feeling pulled towards unauthorized foods for the second weekend in a row
Armster: his idea of a checkered flag is really inspiring me
Week 8 is ending and Free day is approaching.
I am taking free day to mean more than just food or a workout, but meant more for not having to follow a schedule and just be free!
Finally letting go of unneeded things (thanks Craigslist and Ebay) Since I am changing physically and don't need the excess fat, it's opening my eyes that I don't need the excess stuff (fat) laying around the house that I don't use anymore.
Always thankful for everyone who takes the time to share on this forum so we can all be inspired and know that we are not alone on our quest!
