All those who have made a decision in their lives to Start BFL and find it within them to courageously push forward one day at a time.
The food I eat because not only do I pay attention to what I eat, but where it comes from. Shrimp from Vietnam, Salmon from Alaska, Potatoes from Idaho, Tomatoes from Mexico, Myoplex Protein Bars from Canada, Chicken from my Homestate of California....etc...etc.....
Now before I eat, I say a silent gratitude to all those people who have given their time and energy to grow the food, nurture the food, transport and package the food, just so I can sit here and have a truly complex and rich food experience. Nobody does it alone....
they all did their part to get this food to me, I promise to do my part and eat this food so that it will help me be strong so that I can contribute back to this world.
