  • Today I am grateful for:

Sylvia.  She's a true Champion.  I was thinking about her yesterday when putting on my calendar the Mike Dooley / TUT event.  I learned of him from her and lots of other positive things as well.

Eggs.  Really.  A girl who cannot cook needs to just love eggs on BFL.  Anyone can cook eggs.

Mike Harris.  Who hasn't learned something from Uncle Mike?

That Legs is now feeling more okay with the change of forum.

Faithful Renee - I'm thrilled about her large thread that gives me the comfort of the GB.

My contract at work got extended, which means I can afford to eat and live indoors.  Those are great things.

  • Okay - this is my second one for today - because it's been a loooooong day!

Tonight - I'm grateful that I'm 'HAPPY" once again!

I'm grateful that all of my BFL buddies are still here, whew, didn't it feel like my right arm was cut off this morning!

I'm grateful that Doug is getting stronger each day.

  • I am thankful for all the great people on Guestbook who contribute to others so we can all be successful.

I am also thankful to G-d, who gives the strength every day to wake up before the sun rises so I can do my workouts and eat clean every day (except FREE DAY).

Finally, I am thankful to my wife and son who let me do whatever I need to do to be successful in this program.

Winners never quit, and quitters never win

  • I am Thankful for:

My wife and my children- without them nothing would be worth it.

God-for waking me up this morning and making me be part of the world

    Legs- because she is genuine

Aly- for taking my email as it was meant- caring

  • Today I am grateful for...

Food Loggers, it's a small group, but they are each willing to give a great deal of support and ideas.  I love that I can interact with folks from all over the globe--very cool.

2 year olds.  Nothing better than starting the morning off observing the 18 month old and 2 year old discovering each other's belly buttons :0).

Unpredictable spring weather, it keeps things interesting, yesterday the kids got sunburns and today they can play in the snow.

Jim, for mentioning me in his grateful list, that made me feel important and thought of.

The article I read in the my Ensign this morning that reminded me that "Life is not a dress rehearsal" and to "fill your life with service, education, personality development, love for all, and to live with purpose each day".

And last but not least, I am grateful that my mom was excited to purchase my case of Myoplex due to the fact that it makes me feel starving hungry, sets off cravings, and gives me pimples.  I feel so much better having not consumed it for the last 2 days.

  • Aly-Cute about the belly buttons!! I can just picture that, how precious!! :)

DebMO :0)           Blessed to be a Blessing...

  • It was pretty funny, like watching two little monkeys :0).

For my children, family and all of my fabulous BFL friends!

  • Today I am thankful for:

My husband - he is so patient with me learning this new site and worried about my friends. He has caught this addictive bug I call BFL and although he isnt doing the workouts, he is with me every step of the way for me.

Jimmieb and his endless support since the day we met and he was scared of me. He is a treasure.

The forums and the ability to choose topics. Many of us cant do this alone, or at least find strength through others, and this way, we can still keep our daily chatter and inspiration up with those who are dear to us.

DebbieMO: She is such a great cheerleader and I look forward to seeing her posts every day.

My dogs: Even though they wake me up at least 2 times a night, to walk past them and listen to them snore at 5 a.m. brings a smile to my face.

Change and my ability to adapt.
