Progress!!!

  • So far lost 2lbs (i dont have much to lose, maybe 5 or 6 more lbs) and I went from being able to do half a pull up to 2 pull ups!! Never thought Id be able to even do 1 and Im not even half way done (C1W5D4). My goal is 5 by the time these 12 wks are up. Then who knows what the next challenge will bring!

  • 5 weeks and you've already accomplished 2 x the amount of chinup you were able to do, which is to say, basically from 0 to 2.  Nice.
