For my 20 minute workout today I felt like I needed something alittle calming because I didnt sleep much last night etc. Well I found a 20 minute at home ballet workout video and oh my goodness, it was great! Im sure I didnt burn alot of calories but I am all stretched out and I am aware of every muscle in my body right now!
Sounds interesting, I have seen those folks performing on the ARTS channel and talk about some serious leg and calves development and upper and lower strength and stamina. I think I see why that football team was using this as training for their atheletes ( I belive it was the Dallas Cowboys or one of those at one time).
