• Alright B4L family I'm getting ready to do cardio right now.  I really I mean I REALLY feel like doing this right now.  However these are the moments when I'm tired and I want to put this workout off for another day.  This is when I must push. Stay MOTIVATED Everyone.

(remember that one from long ago).   Keep Moving Forward and cardio away. (I had to get on the dreadmill yesterday and that last minute at an incline of 7.0 at a speed of 7.0 was a real kicker for me after the first 18 minutes of fun).
