Yummy meal idea

  • I was craving popcorn when my husband brought home a good movie.  I know corn is on the approved list, so here's what I did.  Chocolate Protein powder with ice for a good chocolate shake.  Tossed some cinnamon in there too, yum!  And popped some kernals on the stove, sprayed with fat free/ no calorie butter flavored Pam and seasoned the popcorn with a bit of garlic salt and pepper.  I feel like I'm at the movies.  :)

    Thought I'd share this for anyone who, like me, likes a weekend treat and is feeling deprived. 

  • Note-  2 1/2 cups popped corn is the right amount, and very filling.
